Christian Record Services Promotes Joshua Kittleson and Dennis Tejada

Christian Record Services (www.christianrecord.org) is excited to announce the promotion of Joshua Kittleson and Dennis Tejada! Joshua Kittleson was promoted to assistant director for Member Services and Studio, where he will continue to support members daily, collaborate with Department Director Kalvin Follett to refine and implement service level standards for high member satisfaction, maintain the member database and online library, produce audio projects, and conduct research and assessment for Member Services and the ministry’s PhoneFaith daily call-in program for people who are blind. Kittleson has worked at the ministry for the past 10 years.

Dennis Tejada was promoted to Braille and print manager, where he will oversee and process Braille embossing and print projects and provide a variety of other support services for the ministry. With his background in IT, Tejada also helps troubleshoot issues that arise with office technology and equipment. He has served at the ministry since 1999.
