Centris Federal Credit Union (centrisfcu.org) announced its board of directors, officers, and supervisory committee appointments during the organization’s 91st Annual Business Meeting on March 19, 2026.
The board of directors is composed of seven Centris members who volunteer to serve and are elected by the membership. This year, two board positions were open for nominations due to expiring terms.
Joe Sacco was reappointed to his fifth three-year term and will continue serving as director for the upcoming year.
Sacco brings more than 35 years of experience as a business owner and corporate financial consultant, working with banks and credit unions nationwide.
Jeff Shapiro was appointed to a second three-year term and was elected to serve as first vice chair.
Shapiro retired from Centris Federal Credit Union after 13 years of service in executive management. During his tenure, he played a key role in helping the credit union grow from $600 million in assets to more than $1 billion, overseeing indirect auto lending, business banking, mortgage services, residential new construction, and marketing.
Additional officers elected by the Centris board of directors include:

- Lenny Swanger, treasurer
- Matt Dannehl, director
Daylyn Bidlack and Malinda Williams were reappointed for a third term as associate directors, and Kathy Quigley was reappointed for a second term as an associate director.
The Centris supervisory committee members appointed for the coming year are Patrick Brusnahan, Todd Rohweder, Terrence Coleman, James Nubel, and Sharon Netters.
