Zoup! Eatery Opens in Aksarben Village

With a slight delay because of the pandemic, Zoup! Eatery (zoup.com) opened for business in Omaha’s Aksarben Village on July 20. As the weather cools, the fast-casual restaurant known for its wide variety of soups and broths is prepared to be the “go-to” place for Omahans. Omaha native Jeff Hansen is the franchise owner and operator. As a means of giving back, Zoup! donated proceeds from the fi rst two days of soft opening events to United Way of the Midlands.

The Aksarben Village Zoup! location is among the first to showcase the brand’s refresh including a redesigned modern interior and new menu innovation. The menu includes 12 daily soups like fan-favorites Chicken Potpie and Lobster Bisque. Varieties include dairy-free, vegetarian, and made with gluten-free ingredients. Guest can also enjoy fresh, made-to-order salads, sandwiches, signature mac ‘n cheese, broth bowls, grain bowls, and organic craft beverages.

To ensure a safe dining experience for guests and staff, Zoup! has implemented several facility enhancements and safety protocols in response to COVID-19. Guests can enjoy contactless online ordering, curbside pick-up, express in-store pick-up, and delivery through zoup.com. The team adheres to a COVID-19 prevention plan that involves rigorous cleaning protocol with a focus on high traffic areas, increased physical spacing between guests within the restaurant and wearing of facemasks and gloves.

If you need to feed a group, Zoup! caters tureens of soup, sandwich trays, group salads, “build your own” mac ‘n cheese or chili bar and individually packaged boxed lunches. Learn more or place an order at zoup.com/catering.
