Zongkers Custom Furniture and Cabinetry has become a Papillion-La Vista School District Cooperation BEST (Better Educating Students for Tomorrow) Business Partner. Through Cooperation BEST, businesses and organizations are paired with schools and educational programs to assist in preparing students for the future.
Dan and Dennis Zongker will be visiting the school’s “Industrial Technology Project Show” Friday, May 11th 11:30Am to 4:30PM At Papillion-La Vista High School “Monarchs” 402 E. Centennial Road Papillion. On May 17th from 7:00 am to 10:00 am they will be at Papillion-La Vista South High School “Titians” 10799 Hwy 370 Papillion. Students from both schools will be awarded a “Zongkers Certificate of Craftsmanship” for 1st and 2nd place, honorable mention, and Certificate of Achievement awards.
The kids from both Papillion –LaVista High School’s will be presenting Woodworking projects, home maintenance, Design and Tech, Manufacturing and engineering and robotics, drafting, architecture and engineering the projects will be on display at the school.
Handcrafted custom furniture and cabinetry with design assistance, custom finishes, exotic materials, hand carvings, marquetry for the home and office furniture.
