Omaha’s oldest, family-owned grocery store, Wohlner’s Neighborhood Grocery & Deli, is bringing a fresh, new community event to midtown Omaha this summer.  The Mid Week Market at Midtown Crossing will feature the best in locally-grown, freshly-harvested produce every Wednesday from 4 to 7 pm, June 6 through August 8 (the Fourth of July included). A mix of local growers and producers will set up in the parking garage attached to Wohlner’s Midtown Crossing location near 33rd & Dodge St.

This is going to be a great opportunity for everyone from restaurant chefs to moms and dads looking for the best for their families to stock up on great fruits and vegetables from the area’s top local growers.

Wohlner’s Neighborhood Grocery & Deli
in Midtown Crossing offers a full selection of affordably-priced groceries; hand-trimmed meats; and unique, hard-to-come-by products — from rich, sophisticated wines to home-made artisan breads and Wohlner’s private label coffees. Founded in Midtown Omaha in 1918, the city’s oldest, family-owned and operated grocery store returned to Midtown in 2010 with the opening of its full-service Midtown Crossing store.
