Omaha’s first mother and daughter owned oil and vinegar specialty store opened May 9th at 1125 Jackson Street in Omaha’s Old Market.
Vine + Branch will feature more than 30 types of varietal and flavor infused extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars plus gourmet pastas, sauces, sea salts, spice blends, jams, mustards and kitchen accessories.
Vine + Branch is a boutique culinary retail store designed to capture the growing trend of customers wanting pure, natural foods that have health benefits. Extra virgin olive oil, fresh from pressing, has a flavorful taste that grocery store oils do not. Vine + Branch’s oils will be available in traditional varietals and flavor infused selections along with barrel aged dark and white balsamic vinegars. The vinegars are also available in more than 15 flavors.
Customers will be able to sample every oil and vinegar. They will be displayed in Italian-made, stainless steel containers, called fustis; the oils and vinegars will encircle the inviting store.
