UNICO Group and Tara Plaza Association would like to thank everyone that helped make their recent event celebrating Tara Plaza’s 45th anniversary and La Mesa’s 20th anniversary a success. Along with the party, the event raised money to support children with diabetes. Proceeds from the event will serve children in Nebraska and southwest Iowa by creating scholarships to help send kids with diabetes to Camp Hot Shots and Camp Floyd Rogers. These camps provide children living with diabetes another opportunity to learn how to manage it so they will live a healthy life as we continue to search for the cure. The event raised $4k, and as a result Camp Hot Shots and Camp Floyd Rogers will both receive $2,000!
