Truck Center Companies to Acquire Harrison Truck Centers

Truck Center Companies (TCC); (https://truckcentercompanies.com/) announced it will acquire Harrison Truck Centers. TCC currently has 10 full-service dealership locations. TCC will expand its footprint across the heartland of America by acquiring Harrison Truck Center’s (HTC) eight locations throughout Minnesota and Central Iowa. HTC represents Freightliner, Western Star, and Autocar. The addition of HTC is an ideal geographic expansion for Truck Center Companies and fits their commitment of expanding its reach towards the company’s mission of being the best truck and trailer dealer as judged by its customers, employees, and peers. The acquisition is to be finalized on August 31 with the current Harrison ownership group staying on the TCC management team.

“My vision for Truck Center Companies has always been to grow. The addition of Harrison Truck Centers locations is a great fit with that vision. We’re excited to grow our footprint to be able to provide great service to all customers and bring the Harrison Truck Centers employees into our family,” said Trey Mytty, CEO of Truck Center Companies.

Truck Center Companies is a Freightliner/Western Star dealership and also carries Isuzu, Thomas Built Buses, Kalmar Ottawa, SelecTrucks, Sidump’r and Stoughton Trailers and has locations throughout Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa.
