Thousand Branches Wellness (thousandbrancheswellness.com/locations/nebraska/omaha) is providing expanded access to structured outpatient mental health care for adolescents and adults in the Omaha community.
Located at 9140 W. Dodge Road (Ste 210), Thousand Branches Wellness Omaha offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for individuals age 13 and older who need more support than traditional weekly therapy can provide, but do not require inpatient hospitalization.
The program provides structured, short-term therapeutic support for people navigating challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD and mood-related concerns. Through group therapy, individualized treatment planning and evidence-informed approaches, participants develop practical skills for managing symptoms, strengthening relationships and navigating daily life.
A key component of the program is helping people remain connected to the people and responsibilities that matter to them. IOP allows participants to continue living at home while maintaining connections to school, work and family.
Collaboration is also central to care. The Omaha team works with therapists, physicians, schools and other community providers to help support smooth transitions between levels of care and ensure treatment remains responsive to each person’s needs.
