The Stuffed Olive (www.thestuffedolive.com/omaha) will be opening in December! Everyone’s favorite Tapas and Martini bar is coming to Omaha, where locals can relax in comfort with 100+ martinis, crafted cocktails and small tapas to share in a minimalistic atmosphere.
The Stuffed Olive was originally founded in 2004 at the Blackhawk Hotel in Cedar Falls, IA. It began as a Martini Bar with a great menu featuring plenty of great concoctions to choose from. In 2005, tapas (small plates) were added to the menu and the martini menu continued to grow. The original Stuffed Olive enjoyed many good years at the Hotel, but finally closed on January 1, 2019, to make way for Hotel upgrades and renovations. It wasn’t long before The Stuffed Olive knew they had to get it reopened as soon as possible. After months of planning and renovations, The Stuffed Olive re-opened in September of 2019 with a brand new tapas menu and a polished martini menu featuring all of their past favorites along with some new fare.
The Stuffed Olive offers over 100 martinis to choose from and some of the best chef-prepared food available at.
