Prosper 2032, a strategy by the Sarpy County Chamber (sarpychamber.org), is designed to strengthen Sarpy County’s economic competitiveness and turn the county’s continued growth into long-term prosperity.
Prosper 2032 focuses the Chamber’s work around four key interconnected priorities: employer retention and retail recruitment support; talent retention and young professional recruitment; Choose Sarpy Champion; and advocacy.
The strategy is intended to strengthen existing businesses, build stronger talent pipelines, promote Sarpy County as a place to live, work, visit and invest, and give the business community a stronger voice on issues affecting long-term competitiveness.
Implementation will begin in 2027, progressing through Foundation, Build and Lead phases by 2032.
