The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) (nawic.org), the Greater Omaha Chapter, took a tour on July 11 of the new Project Beacon, done by JE Dunn Construction the general contractor. The project was started in Spring 2023 and will be completed in Fall 2026. It’s a 46 story structure with a parking garage from floors one to fifteen and the office on the remaining floors. The tour of the jobsite was to see how the tallest building in surrounding states was being built. The building stands at 677 feet and is approximately 1.8 million square feet.
