The MAC Foundation (www.fundmac.org) is pleased to announce the launch of its inaugural Rising CEOs Program, which will run from Thursday, October 6, through November 17. Registration is now open at www.fundmac.org.

The MAC Foundation offers a vehicle for establishing, managing, and funding projects that align with the MAC’s objectives. In addition, the MAC Foundation hosts programs such as Pitch Black, Gratitude Gala, Rising CEOs, and more.

Rising CEOs is a seven-week pilot program designed to help refugees and BIPOC teens learn leadership, technology, and entrepreneurship skills. This program aims to give at-risk teenagers in communities of color, immigrants, and refugees chances to envision a life free from risky behavior. At the end of the program, teens will have completed their business plans and will have an opportunity to pitch them for a modest stipend.

The Rising CEOs Pilot Program would not be possible without the support of the Weitz Family Foundation, the Omaha Community Foundation’s Refugee Community Grant Fund, and other various partners. For more information, contact info@fundmac.org or visit www.fundmac.org.
