Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants recently opened its 86th restaurant on September 9th. The new restaurant is located at 2015 Pratt Ave., Suite 105, on the southeast corner of Cornhusker Road & South 21st in Bellevue, NE. On September 9th, the restaurant also donated $3,000, 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day, and 250 pounds of canned goods to Food Bank for the Heartland. Food Bank for the Heartland’s mission is to provide emergency and supplemental food to the people in need in Nebraska and western Iowa. The Egg & I restaurant will create 30 new jobs in Bellevue, and is excited to bring their award-winning breakfast and lunch entrees to the Bellevue community.
The Egg & I Restaurants are casual, full-service, breakfast and lunch restaurants open Monday-Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (2:30 p.m. on weekends).
