That Pottery Place Offers Both In-Studio Painting and Pottery To-Go Kits

Whether painting alone, with family, or a party, That Pottery Place (thatpotteryplaceomaha.com) offers both instudio and pottery to-go kits to customize your experience. Studio hours are currently Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (paint till 7:30 p.m.), Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (paint until 8 p.m.), and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. (paint till 5 p.m.) at their 7828 Dodge St. location. The studio is operated and sanitized according to COVID-19 regulations, and masks are required. Due to limited seating, reservations—especially for groups—are encouraged but not required. For those who’d like to take their pottery home to paint, That Pottery Place offers curbside pickup and delivery for their pottery to-go kits, which include all the pottery and paints to finish their masterpiece at home (just return the piece to the studio for a coat of clear glaze and firing!). The kits can be ordered online or over the phone and are a great way to celebrate birthdays, holidays, or time with friends or family while staying safe.

That Pottery Place has provided Omaha a fun space to create unique gifts and personal keepsakes since 1997. From piggy banks to figurines, dog bowls to dinnerware, they have hundreds of pieces for customers to transform into a work of art.
