Teams.Coach Opens New Office in Omaha
Teams.Coach (teams.coach) recently opened an office in Omaha—at 8790 F St.—to provide strategic coaching for businesses and organizations of all types and sizes to get them focused on the things that will give them positive returns and an effective team culture. Owner, Executive Coach, and Business and Creative Strategist Michael King began his coaching career as an executive pastor in a church, through which he was involved in coaching a network of hundreds of church leaders across the country. After getting his master’s degree in leadership and executive coaching from Bellevue University, Michael grew his business from one-on-one coaching to a full portfolio of coaching options for anything from a single entrepreneur to large teams of 500 and up.
“Everything rises and falls on leadership,” he said. “I’ve worked with high-level leaders and when it comes down to it, leadership is leadership; pressure is pressure; results are results; and health is health—and the health of the leadership ultimately determines the scope and the path and the impact of the team that it’s involved in.
