Troy Watchorn, owner of T7 Fitness, is pleased to announce his summer programs.  The Youth Sports Specific Training Program will run June 9th-July 28th and is designed to increase your child’s injury prevention, self-confidence, vertical jump, speed, power and agility, balance and coordination, athleticism and flexibility.  The sessions are conducted in small groups and are for children in 3rd-12th grade.  Registration deadline is May 31st.

T7 Fitness offers youth as well as adult programs.  Adult programs are offered one-on-one or in small groups and focus on weight loss, balance and coordination, functionality, injury prevention, flexibility and self-confidence. All classes take place at Common Ground in Elkhorn.
