The competition measures levels of employee satisfaction through an online survey. The research is performed by Quantum Workplace. Silverstone Group provided analysis and feedback to participants. Created in 2003, the Best Places to Work in Omaha competition recognizes those employers in Greater Omaha with truly great, engaged places to work. Along the way, the event also provides a platform for employers to measure and set engagement goals tied to their business plans.  The winners will be publicly recognized at an 11:45 a.m. luncheon event at CenturyLink Center Omaha on May 8. Tickets are $40 per person or $400 for a table for 10 and are available online at http://bairdholm.com/event-manager/event/69-2014-best-places-to-work-in-omaha-awards-luncheon.html.  The luncheon is held in conjunction with Baird Holm’s Annual Labor Law Forum. The Chamber thanks this year’s winners and all the companies that participated in the Best Places to Work in Omaha process.
