Sullivan Represents Local Land Brokerage Company in Major Merger

Patrick Sullivan of Adams & Sullivan, P.C., L.L.O. Attorneys at Law (www.adamsandsullivan.com) recently completed a major, national business transaction by representing land brokerage, Land Pros Reality and its president, Aaron Graham, in a merger with National Land Realty.

Sullivan represented Land Pros through the merger, which included moving the company’s headquarters to Omaha from Greenville, S.C. and securing Graham’s role as president of National Land Realty’s land brokerage division.
