Statewide Coalition Unveils Blueprint Nebraska Report
Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts; University of Nebraska Interim President Susan Fritz (Blueprint Nebraska co-chair); Chairman, President, and CEO of Union Pacific Corporation Lance Fritz; President and CEO of 21st Century Holdings Owen Palm (Blueprint Nebraska co-chair); Nebraska Chamber of Commerce & Industry President Bryan Slone; and members of the Blueprint Nebraska (blueprint-nebraska.org) steering committee unveiled the Blueprint Nebraska report via a public livestream on July 30 from three locations across the state: Omaha, Lincoln, and Broken Bow.
The Blueprint Nebraska report is the result of a year-long, citizen-led economic development strategic planning process. It takes into consideration the views and experiences of more than 7,000 Nebraskans statewide, gathered through a survey, 60 public meetings, and the insights of 320 advisory council members representing diverse regions and business sectors across the state.
