Peggy began her career with a bachelor’s degree in child development and taught kindergarten. After completing a master’s degree, she helped grow the High Ability Learners program for Ralston Schools. The next chapter of her very successful career continued with tenure at Scholastic Inc. (New York, New York), the largest children’s book publishing company in the world. Peggy worked as a literacy consultant for Scholastic International before becoming the National Director of Training in the Educational Services division. More recently, Peggy worked as the VP of Professional Services at Carnegie Learning, a math software company in Pittsburgh, before returning to Omaha.
