The Society of Human Resource Management Nebraska chapters are offering a workshop called, “Is Ignorance Bliss?  HR for Small Business,” to provide a basic overview of human resources and to impart the top ten employee issues that can lead to trouble.

Presented by author and nationally-renowned speaker Ray Weinberg, the two-hour workshop will be held in Columbus March 7; Grand Island March 19; Lincoln March 12; North Platte March 5; Norfolk March 14; and Omaha March 21.

Weinberg will discuss how HR differs for small business and he’ll cover risks and opportunities for small businesses as well.
