The Wellnist Center will host a Green Team Roundtable from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12th at their headquarters, 13801 FNB Parkway Suite 101, Omaha. Pre-registration and payment are required by Friday, September 7th at www.wastecapne.org/greenteams/. Cost is $10 or $8 for WasteCap Nebraska and Green Omaha Council members. A zero waste lunch is included. Following a WasteCap presentation on “Green Event Planning”, Wellnist will give a presentation on their company’s sustainability program.
Green Team Roundtables are peer-to-peer networking meetings facilitated by WasteCap Nebraska staff and open to business owners, managers, green team members and individuals. Meetings begin with networking and introductions, followed by presentations from WasteCap Nebraska and the host organization.
