Seldin Company and World Group Commercial Real Estate facilitated the purchase of two multi-family properties in San Antonio, Tex., increasing the companies’ San Antonio portfolio to four properties totaling 790 apartments. The two new “class-B” acquisitions are known as Las Brisas and Lexington.
The Chicago-based buyers are partners of Omaha-based Seldin Company. The transactions closed March 28, 2012. Seldin Company assumed management and leasing responsibilities immediately upon closing.
