The Sarpy County Chamber (Sarpychamber.org) is launching Networking, Engagement & Relationship Development Strategies (N.E.R.D.S.), a new professional development program, on Oct. 22 and 29, designed to help professionals build confidence, strengthen communication skills and develop meaningful professional relationships through practical networking experiences.
Networking is an essential skill for professional and business success, but it doesn’t come naturally to everyone. N.E.R.D.S. was created to provide a welcoming, low-pressure environment where professionals can develop the confidence and communication skills needed to build authentic, lasting relationships.
Held over two half-day sessions on Oct. 22 and 29, the program combines interactive learning, guided networking experiences and hands-on activities that participants can immediately apply in real-world settings. Between sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to practice what they’ve learned and return to discuss their experiences while continuing to build on their progress.
Whether someone is beginning their career, growing a business, stepping into a leadership role or simply looking to become more comfortable networking, N.E.R.D.S. provides practical strategies to help professionals approach networking with greater confidence and create stronger professional connections.
