Real Property Management Legacy Team Attends Annual Franchise Conference
Each year, the Real Property Management (www.realpmlegacy.com) family comes together for an annual conference. Omaha franchise owner and president, Jean Duffy, along with Real Estate Broker Carmela Kramer Karni, represented Real Property Management Legacy (RPM Legacy) at the Annual Franchise Conference on February 18–20. The conference was held in Salt Lake City, where the Real Property Management Franchise Support Center is located.
The event was a chance for Duffy and Kramer to learn from other franchise owners and hear from insightful speakers about industry, marketing, sales, and operational updates. In addition, they met suppliers and vendors, spent time with Advisory Council representatives, and enjoyed the annual Awards Banquet. Highlights of this year’s event included a presentation from Mike Bidwell and Mary Thompson with Neighborly. They shared the company’s vision and goals, and spoke about leadership. The keynote speaker was Chris Roberts from FranklinCovey.
The Annual Franchise Conference is the one event each year that brings the entire Real Property Management family together to share goals, best practices, and camaraderie. The RPM Legacy team in Omaha feels it’s important to take advantage of training opportunities that result in higher motivation and stronger connections with peers.
