The Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAC), offered by the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC) is excited to announce their July programming schedule of events:

The Veterans in Business Forum will take place on July 1st from 7:30-9 a.m. at the UNO Thompson Alumni Center, located at 6705 Dodge Street.  This event provides a monthly chance to get to know your fellow veterans through business promotion and networking opportunities.  You can register at http://ptac.unomaha.edu/vetforum.cfm.

The “How to Sell Products and Services to Government Agencies” workshop will be held on July 18th from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at the U.S. Small Business Administration-Nebraska District Office, located at 10675 Bedford Ave., Suite 100.  This workshop will provide the information and resources to set your business on the path to winning government contracts, and will be in conjunction with the SBA.  For more information, please contact Lisa Tedesco at (402) 221-7229.

Finally, the FIRST workshop will be held on July 29th from 9-11 a.m. at UNO Mammel Hall, 6708 Pine Street Room 201.  This is an opportunity to learn how to become FIRST in finding opportunities in government contracting and how to ensure that your proposal is complete and accurate.
