The Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAC), offered by the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC), is excited to announce their December programming schedule of events:

The Veterans in Business Forum will take place on December 6th from 7:30-9 a.m. at the UNO Thompson Alumni Center, located at 6705 Dodge Street.  Sign-in will be at 7:15 a.m.  This event provides a monthly chance to get to know your fellow veterans through business promotion and networking opportunities.  You can register at http://nbdc.unomaha.edu/events/.

The “How to Sell Products and Services to Government Agencies” workshop will be held on December 19th from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at the U.S. Small Business Administration-Nebraska District Office, located at 10675 Bedford Ave., Suite 100.  This workshop will provide the information and resources to set your business on the path to winning government contracts, and will be in conjunction with the SBA.  For more information about The Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAC), please contact Lisa Tedesco at (402) 221-7229.

Finally, the How to Take Advantage of the Federal Women-Owned Small Business Contracting Program will be held on December 11th from 2-4 p.m. at the U.S. Small Business Administration-Nebraska District Office.  This workshop will give you an overview of the program and what it could mean to your business.  You will learn how to use the SBA General Login System as well.  To reserve your place, call Lisa Tedesco or email Melissa.Tedesco@sba.gov.
