Ovation by Avamere Announces New Locally-Inspired Restaurants

Ovation by Avamere (ovationbyavamere.com) has announced multiple locally-inspired restaurants, located exclusively on their new campus in West Omaha. The two-building senior living community is scheduled to open in fall 2020 with 300 independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences.

“All residents will have access to 1863 Fine Dining, which celebrates the year the transcontinental railroad broke-ground in Nebraska,” according to Ovation President Nicolette Merino.

Ovation also announced a new restaurant named Peony Park Bistro, which honors Omaha’s long-time amusement park that closed in 1994.

“Millers@Omaha will serve comfort food, sourcing as many local ingredients as possible,” according to Merino.

In addition to the new restaurants, Quik Pik by Ovation is a convenience store that honors a long-time Omaha business that many residents will recognize. The campus will also serve Starbucks coffee and products.

Ovation is part of the 500-acre Heartwood Preserve development located near 144th Street and Pacific Street. When fully developed, the area will be filled with walking paths, parks, shopping, dining, hotels, office space, entertainment, and housing.

Those interested in learning more about Ovation’s active lifestyle village can now see and experience it for themselves at their new Reservation Showroom in the Pepperwood Village shopping plaza.

“We are now accepting reservations, and the premium residences with the best views are going quickly,” according to Merino.
