Omaha welcomes the Blackstone District’s first barbeque joint. Lazy Buffalo BBQ (lazybuffalobbq.com) opened this April near 39th and Farnam Sts. The restaurant is connected to Scriptown Brewing Company.
“We want to provide our own twist on traditional live-fire BBQ with a mix of other menu items that remind us of old family recipes,” Co-Owner Brady Hess said in a statement.
The menu for Lazy Buffalo BBQ, will feature smoked meats and some “unique twists.”
The barbeque joint will be replacing a Blackstone favorite: Kathmandu Momo Station.
