Beer and bacon, what more could you ask for! The First Annual Beer and Bacon Festival on August 3rd will tempt your taste buds for a good cause. The festival, organized by the Omaha Jaycees in cooperation with the Old Mattress Factory, will be comprised of a bacon competition with participants providing samplings of delicious bacon-themed dishes. Various craft breweries will also be handing out samples of hand crafted beer. The event benefits The Ronald McDonald House.
