Omaha Fashion Week (OFW) (omahafashionweek.com) is lifting the veil to reveal the fall 2024 VERUS Season. This season’s designers, designers of all ages, draw inspiration from the natural world, exploring themes of community and cultural heritage.
Omaha Fashion Week will be showcasing 16 Emerging Designers, 14 Featured Designers and six Headlining Designers, including four of the Golden Shears award winners from previous seasons. OFW is also proud to welcome back and showcase the teen campers from Omaha Fashion Camp’s summer 2024 sessions.
The designers’ inspirations manifest through streetwear, bridal gowns, eveningwear, avant garde and wearable art! Global influence will be present over the collection’s aesthetics, from Scotland to Spain, Ecuador to Ethiopia, Italy, Japan and London.
OFW will have 21 designers returning to the runways, with 15 designers who are brand new to the show. This group is from all over the US, including local Nebraskans; neighbors in Iowa, Kansas and Missouri and even more from California, Colorado, New York and Wisconsin.
Emerging Designers are either brand new to the OFW runway, student designers or veteran designers trying out a new method of creation. Each show will close with collections by Featured Designers, experts at their craft, who will showcase high-quality, ready-to-buy looks.
