OCI Celebrates Newly Constructed Headquarters with Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

OCI (ociservices.com), an Omaha-based insurance brokerage, recently celebrated the completion of their new $13-million headquarters off of 204th and West Maple Road with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted in conjunction with the Greater Omaha Chamber on February 21. The event gave clients and community partners a chance to tour the impressive three-story office building, which was custom-built for OCI as they expand their team. The brokerage currently occupies half of the 65,000-square-foot structure with the rest being leased out to another tenant. President Charles Olson II welcomed the crowd and shared a look into the company’s history. He was joined by CEO Chuck Olson, Deb Olson, and Executive Vice President Nate Olson to cut the ribbon.

Founded in Omaha in 2002, OCI is a family-owned general insurance agency that employs nearly 60 people.
