Nominations for the Greater Omaha Chamber’s Omaha Business Hall of Fame are being accepted until Tuesday, October 15. Nomination forms are available at OmahaChamber.org/HOF. The Omaha Business Hall of Fame honors individuals whose accomplishments in business are historically significant to the development of Omaha. Inductees will be honored at the Omaha Business Hall of Fame Gala on Wednesday, April 23 at the Holland Performing Arts Center. The Omaha Business Hall of Fame was initiated in 1993 in celebration of the Chamber’s centennial anniversary. Individual inductee achievements are showcased in the permanent Omaha Business Hall of Fame display at The Durham Museum. The inductees bring acclaim for Omaha, increased opportunity for its people and greater success to the organizations they serve. David G. Brown, president and CEO of the Chamber, is chairman of the 2014 Omaha Business Hall of Fame Steering Committee. The selection committee chairman is Terry Kroeger, president and CEO of BH Media Group and Omaha World-Herald.
