New Concierge Storage Service Model Launches in Omaha, Stored

A unique business model has hit the Omaha market with a new company known as Stored (stored-us.com). Founded by Shannon Snow, Rachel Heeren, and Michelle Kohrs, Stored is a full-service storage solution that offers an alternative to traditional self-storage. With Stored, customers rent special totes and then fill the totes with their keepsakes, seasonal decor, or miscellaneous “junk” that they don’t need frequent access to. Stored will deliver, pick up, and store the rented totes. They will also return the totes on demand.

Self-storage is a $36.7-billion industry; however, this type of concierge model has only been implemented in a few markets across the country. Shannon, Rachel, and Michelle are excited to bring this service to Omaha, and they have already met the needs of a handful of customers within the few months that they have been up and running.

Stored utilizes existing community infrastructure to store items in a safe, secure, and climate and pest controlled environment. The company also offers online inventory and tracking, free zone delivery, and electronics recycling.
