With extensive experience and expertise in customer service and human resources, Thomas is well- equipped to lead the Chapter to new heights.
In addition to his professional experience, Thomas has also served his country with distinction, committing 20 years to the United States Air Force before retiring. His military experience has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, leadership and commitment to service.

He is passionate about promoting excellence in customer service and has worked diligently to improve morale and foster a positive work environment.
