On Thursday, September 18th, Westroads Mall opened Nebraska’s first H&M. By eleven o’clock a.m. more than 800 local fashionistas were on hand to celebrate the grand opening of the 18,000-square-foot store, which offers trendy fashions for the entire family. H&M provided gift cards with values up to $300 to the first two-hundred shoppers in line, as well as goodie bags and additional H&M swag. H&M also awarded gift cards valued between $50 and $100 as well as a 15% off voucher for those who turned in old garments to support H&M’s global garment recycling program. Westroads Mall provided shoppers with additional opportunities to win H&M gift cards throughout the day including a text-to-win promotion and an in-mall sweepstakes.
The new store offers collections for ladies, men, young ladies and young men, with separate “store within store” sections for accessories, cosmetics, lingerie, maternity and its plus-size line, H&M+. The Westroads location also carries the Swedish retailer’s fantastic children’s collection, which features quality clothing for kids of all ages, from newborn to fourteen years.
