Farris Engineering, Inc. (farrisusa.com) is an employee-owned small business founded in 1967, when Ray Farris started the company with one other employee in his home in Omaha. While technology and systems have evolved significantly since then, their core values remain unchanged: a steadfast commitment to trust, honesty and reliability.
Their municipal division is led by Municipal Utility Sector Leader David Hunter, who brings over 30 years of experience in municipal utility operations, construction and management. David’s extensive background spans nuclear power plant operations, AC/DC power generation, construction, satellite earth station operations, microwave operations and municipal electrical power transmission, as well as water and wastewater treatment.
