Mixed, a new fast casual restaurant that specializes in made-to-order salads, wraps and paninis as well as a variety of soups, is set to open in the beginning of March according to owner Mike Yakopec.
Mixed’s menu is not only good for you and green, but their operation will also be eco-friendly. Mike is very excited to bring a concept like this to the Omaha area where he knows that eating healthy and living healthy will make Omahans feel better about themselves.
