Midwest’s First Ovation by Avamere Reservation Showroom Opens in Omaha

Ovation by Avamere (www.ovationbyavamere.com/locations/omaha-nebraska) is now accepting reservations in Nebraska. With a focus on wellness and fitness, the new independent living, assisted living, and memory care campus is scheduled to open in late summer 2020. Those interested in learning more about this innovative concept can now see and experience Ovation at the new Reservation Showroom in the Pepperwood Village shopping plaza.

The active lifestyle village is part of the new 500-acre Heartwood Preserve master-planned community in West Omaha. The two-building campus is being developed for mature adults and their desire to stay connected to the world around them. Ovation covers 325,000 square feet and will include a full continuum of care.

A visit to the showroom includes a hands-on experience of the K4Connect system that will be available to Ovation Heartwood Preserve residents. This innovative solution uses smart devices to control room temperatures and lights. It also allows residents to chat with friends down the hall, schedule services, order a meal, and communicate instantly with family who can also download the app.

Ovation will be the first of its kind and unique in many ways. It will allow today’s aging innovators, leaders, and civic-minded individuals to find their inspiration for life and freedom to relax, give back, travel, inspire, and tackle life with enthusiasm.

Set amid parks, walking paths, 500,000 square feet of retail space, restaurants, office space, and 2,000 housing units of various sizes and styles, Ovation’s campus will be located just northwest of the corner of South 144th Street and Pacific Street near Millard North High School. The campus, separated by a welcoming boulevard, will feature a total of 300 units.

Ovation by Avamere Reservation Showroom at Pepperwood Village is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays; and by appointment on evenings and Sundays.
