Thirty years after Manarin Investment Counsel, Ltd. was founded, the firm has moved to a brand new office space at 505 North 210th Street, five minutes west of its previous Dodge Street location. The new, 12,000-square-foot building will provide more office areas for the firm’s growing staff, better amenities for its popular wealth-building classes and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for client appointments and meetings. Among the highlights of the firm’s new building are 23-foot-high Cathedral ceilings in the entryway, a Tuscany-inspired patio with a courtyard and a fountain, a covered “drop-off” area with ample parking, and several “green” features, including recycled content in many of the interior finishes. The public will have an opportunity to tour the new space during an open house, planned for May.
