Omaha entrepreneurs Matt Vining and Sara Gray are bringing the innovative infrared fitness franchise HOTWORX to the heart of downtown Omaha, combining their professional expertise with a passion for health and wellness.

Motivated by their personal experience with the brand, the couple describe their first HOTWORX session as “lifechanging.” The combination of infrared energy, scheduling flexibility, and varietal stretching became the cornerstone of their fitness routine, significantly improving both physical and mental well-being. Inspired by the studio’s consistent customer experience and proven business model, they saw franchising as an opportunity to step into a “winning game plan” rather than starting from scratch.

Matt currently serves as CEO of an oil and gas pipeline company, with a background in energy finance, while Sara is an executive assistant at a real estate and hospitality investment firm, bringing experience in real estate, franchising, and redevelopment. Together, they recognized a unique opportunity to introduce HOTWORX to Omaha’s growing urban core.

They cite “Great People and Great Product” as their top reasons for choosing HOTWORX, paired with the renaissance currently happening in downtown Omaha as the driver for creating this transformative fitness experience within walking distance for eager downtown residents.

The new studio, currently under construction, is slated to open in April. Located at The Atlas Apartments (2929 California Plaza). To learn more about HOTWORX visit their site at hotworx.net/studio/omaha-downtown.
