KylenHunt & Co. (leadershipfarming.com) launched in Omaha in 2020. The company was started by Kylan Hunt and his wife Rebecca to help individuals and companies achieve their dreams by teaching them to understand themselves, others, and the universe of sales. Their goal as a company is to be a small piece of the puzzle that lays the foundation for others to grow their businesses. Through different tiers of personalized coaching, online course offerings, as well as in-person training and classes, KylenHunt & Co. equips entrepreneurs with vital tools to navigate a 21st century sales environment.
After years in agriculture and sales, Kylen decided to take a leap of faith and became certified as an executive director with the John Maxwell Team in 2015. His leadership certification and background create an interactive and thought provoking experience for members. Kylen believes that the success of any business relies on its most valuable asset: people. The main objective is helping others define their purpose, develop their strengths, and discover new skills. At the end of the day, Kylen wants to be able to say that he lived the motto of KylenHunt & Co., which is to Seek Truth, Gain Wisdom, and Serve Others.
