Kathy Gonzales Consulting Announces Launch of New Website
Officially live as of December 1, Kathy Gonzales Consulting, LLC’s new website has launched at www.drkathygonzales.com. The site offers information on working with Kathy to get your team comfortable with navigating conflict through co-created conflict interventions, along with community-based research, workplace education resources, and an online course curriculum.
Kathy offers interactive online workshops which provide participants with the framework and the tools to effectively deal with organizational friction, enabling them to build a strong culture of innovation. In addition, she has designed and tested a suite of courses tailored to help any individual improve their conflict engagement skills in order to be successful in their organization, and in life.
Kathy gained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, CA. During this time, she gained a new passion—the what, the why, and the how of conflict engagement. This passion developed into a new career path, which led Kathy to start her consulting business and begin doctoral studies at the same time. She went on to graduate from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Conflict Analysis & Resolution. Kathy has been privileged to do some really exciting and impactful work across the world. In addition to her extensive knowledge and experience, Kathy brings all her energy, creativity, and humor to guide and support teams through their unique conflict journey.
