Human Resource Association of the Midlands Receives Pinnacle Award
The Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM; hram.org) was recently awarded the 2019 Pinnacle Award from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in recognition of their high achievements advancing the profession of human resources. The award was presented at SHRM’s Volunteer Leaders Business Meeting in Washington, D.C. on November 14–16, which was attended by Mike Bojanski, HRAM past president; Carrie Svendsen, 2020-21 president; and Sarah Schulz, HRAM executive director.
Created in 1991, the Pinnacle Award is the most prestigious award SHRM state councils and chapters can receive, honoring programs that exceed the standard activities of enhancing HR management. HRAM was one of 12 HR organizations chosen from across the country and 600 applicants to win the award.
HRAM is the premiere organization for human resource professionals in the Omaha metropolitan area. With over 1,000 members, HRAM is one of the largest SHRM chapters nationally. To find out more information about the Human Resource Association of the Midlands, visit hram.org.
