Human resources professionals working towards their certification will be able to earn strategic credit for attending the HRAM program on June 11th at the Scott Conference Center.
Nationwide, 127,439 HR professionals have achieved certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI); 1,035 of them are in Nebraska. The Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM) helps professionals achieve their certification by offering strategic credits and prep courses.
Certification candidates who attend the June technical session will earn credit towards their re-certification. John Rubino, of Rubino Consulting Services in New York, will be keynoting the lunch as well as facilitating the tech session. His keynote, titled “Are We Really Communicating? ‘Selling’ the Total Rewards Package…Successfully!” will address employment branding practices and how to attract and retain top talent in today’s competitive market. Rubino’s following technical session, “What it Takes to be an Effective Leader in the Human Resources Profession”, will address the growing importance of the HR role in today’s evolving corporate culture.
The June HRAM program is open for all to attend; member and non-member pricing is available. Tickets can be purchased at www.hram.org.
