Heritage Management Services is pleased to announce the development of two new retirement communities in Omaha which will include Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Support. The Heritage at Sterling Ridge will begin construction this spring at 127th and Pacific Streets in the Sterling Ridge development and will plan to open in 2014. The site was previously the home of the Ironwood Golf Course. The new community will include 46 independent living apartments, 53 assisted living apartments and 22 memory support suites. A second location at 168th and West Center Road will be called The Heritage at Legacy and will begin construction in the fall with a planned opening date of late 2014. The new community will include 32 independent living apartments, 53 assisted living apartments and 22 memory support suites.
