Restaurateur, Chef, and Author Guy Fieri is opening his first restaurant in Iowa with Guy Fieri’s Council Bluffs Kitchen + Bar at the Harrah’s Council Bluffs Hotel & Casino (www.caesars.com/harrahs-council-bluffs) in Spring of 2023. Located across the Missouri River, just minutes from downtown Omaha, the restaurant will be a new concept from Fieri developed to enhance the existing popular outdoor entertainment venue, Stir Concert Cove. The installment of Guy Fieri’s Council Bluffs Kitchen + Bar will compliment renovations already underway at Harrah’s, including upgraded exterior lighting and signage, landscaping, and more.
Fieri’s restaurant will feature an outdoor patio and is sure to become one of the Omaha Metro’s main culinary attractions. At Council Bluffs Kitchen + Bar, Fieri will bring his signature American-style cuisine and robust, bold flavors to the Midwest for the first time. The menu will include his signature items, including his famous Trash Can Nachos and a hearty selection of signature sandwiches, burgers, and desserts.
