The Greater Omaha Chamber (omahachamber.org) is launching Digital Boost, a new technology and digital business initiative designed to help small and emerging businesses strengthen operations, adopt digital tools, and compete in today’s economy.
Digital Boost will offer workshops, technology training, one-on-one business consultations, and practical resources that help entrepreneurs improve efficiency, expand their online presence, and integrate technology into their day-to-day operations. The workshops will provide free, hands-on AI training designed to help small businesses grow, remain competitive, and strengthen local economies. The fi rst initiative launched on July 30, 2026, through the national Small Business B(AI)sics program with support from Google. The initiative aims to equip 40,000 small businesses over the next three years with practical artifi cial intelligence skills, digital learning resources and in-person training opportunities.
Heath Mello, President and CEO of the Greater Omaha Chamber said “Through Digital Boost, we are connecting local businesses to practical AI, e-commerce and technology training that can immediately strengthen their operations. This partnership refl ects what chambers do best: bring organizations together to expand opportunity and help businesses thrive.”
