Former Acadian Grille Dundee Becomes LUX Lounge in Dundee, Featuring Live Music

Acadian Grille (acadiangrille.com) Dundee at 5018 Underwood Ave. will open back up this month as the LUX Lounge in Dundee and will serve up food and live entertainment, featuring local and regional musicians, plus karaoke and a weekly comedy night. A full food and bar menu will be available, including signature drinks like the Sazerac-Late 1830s with absinthe, rich simple syrup, Peychaud’s Bitters, and rye whiskey, as well as a Ramos Gin Fizz-1888, a Vieux Carre’-Mid 1930s, and a Hurricane-1940, among others. Food served will include fresh-cut fries in truffle, rosemary, and Cajun varieties, nachos featuring smoked salmon; marinated and lightly smoked chicken, or Cajun, Tasso and holy trinity.
